ID# A1885770 – Slade is a 5 year old, Gray, Domestic Shorthair mix. Slade is a very social, friendly guy. He came into the shelter a little leery of people but he is a brave and courageous boy and has made great progress. Slade is very playful and loves the company of multiple kitties. He currently resides at Catopia Cat café, if you are interested in visiting with him.

Please join us for an adoption event for Adult night, Wild Night at Explora Science Center and Children’s Museum on Friday, March 15th from 6:00PM – 8:00PM. We will have adoptable pets for adoption and we will also be making and giving out free engraved dog tags.
AWD is partnering with Rich Ford to celebrate their anniversary, opening of their new dog park and pet adoptions on Saturday, March 16th from 10:00AM – 2:00PM. There will be a live DJ, adoptable pets and AWD will be making and giving out free engraved dog tags.
AWD will also be participating in an Adoption Event at NM Expo on Sunday, March 17th to celebrate St. Patty’s Day, the event will be from 11:00AM – 3:00PM. AWD will also be making and giving out free engraved dog tags.
To view and/or adopt pets, simply arrive at either of the open location. We are not able to move a pet from one location to another for your viewing. Anyone wanting to adopt a pet visit our website at www.cabq.gov/pets to see available pets.
