Frankie came to the shelter in pretty bad shape and was a super scared boy, but with a little TLC, he has blossomed and is willing to warm up to people and other dogs. Frankie would love a family to take him on daily walks or hikes. He loves petting sessions and treats too, which he takes ever so gently.
