Did Flash Gordon and The Hulk Almost Brawl at an Autograph Signing?

Did Flash Gordon and The Hulk almost fight?  It happened at Comic-Con in London this weekend when Flash Gordon damn near came to blows with The Hulk! This would be a dream fight, wouldn't it? We would pay money to see it.

SAM JONES, who played Flash in the CLASSIC movie from 1980 and the original Hulk, LOU FERRIGNO, were signing autographs at adjacent tables during the convention, and for some reason, they started arguing.

A fan named Darryn Clements says, quote, "Flash Gordon was telling the Hulk to go home. Lou was just saying, 'You're winding me up.' There was a lot of finger-jabbing and it was getting pretty nasty."

Darryn actually stepped in and made the peace. Quote, "There was a large crowd around, so I told them to act like adults and grow up as they were supposed to be there for their fans  I made them laugh and that seemed to calm everything down."

Flash and Hulk will NOT admit they almost brawled, though. Lou's rep says they were just "having a conversation." And Sam says, quote, "It was between two other guys who wanted to fight each other. [Lou] and I together defused it."

Lou Ferrigno is 6-foot-5 and 65 years old. Sam Jones is 6-foot-3 and 62. Darryn is 25 years old and a mighty 5-foot-7.
