7-Eleven's 'bring your own cup day' is back. You can fill up your own cup for $1.50.
Yep, that's right: No matter how big your bowl is, it only costs $1.50 to Slurpee it up. The two-day event takes place from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20, and there are a few stipulations to note:
- The "cup" you're using must fit in the 10-inch slot you'd normally stick your cup in to fill said Slurpee (so, no breaking the machine as you try to jam a cooler in there - or create an intricate Slurpee luge to fill said cooler)
- "Cup" must be watertight and foodsafe (okay, so maybe no disco ball)
- One cup per person
