The Trick To Day-Drinking

 Not going out and getting hammered until 3am the night before. An athlete needs his rest, after all. Next, try to hit a brunch that has regular breakfast food…nothing too fancy. And sure, have a couple of drinks, but stay away from the all-you-can-drink brunch scene and no shots or you’ll shoot your wad way too early.

Next, is the local dive bar. Get a bucket of good domestic beers, and add a glass of water in-between. After that, try to get to a place that has a nice outside area. Your surroundings matter, and they tend to influence your behavior. Odell’s book has a nice array of low-alcohol drinks that taste great, and won’t make you look too girly. Throw in some light bites to eat, and you’ll be well on your way. Then finish it all up at another local dive, and go in for the kill. Then, take an Uber home, you lush!
