Residents Complain About Noisy Sex Parties In Upscale Colorado Neighborhood

A group of residents in an upscale Colorado community have become fed up with noisy sex parties that are constantly being hosted by one of their neighbors. Residents say the organized sex parties are creating a traffic nightmare and taking up parking spaces on the usually quiet streets. They are also worried about the impact the parties will have on children in the neighborhood.

A local resident spoke with Fox 31 and shared a copy of a party invitation she received from an anonymous tipster. The invitation was sent to 400 people, with 87 people saying they would attend. The invite referred to the home as the "Thunderstorm Play Palace" and lists the amenities of the 7,500 square foot mansion.

The invitation references the "Thunderstorm Play Palace" and boasts a 7,500-square-foot dwelling with every amenity, including alcohol, food (complete with a vegetarian menu) and chocolate fountain.

Attendees are asked to make donations at the door. Couples and men are asked to give $70, while single women are only asked to donate $20.

The organizer of the party claims he is the victim and that his neighbors have keyed the cars of visitors and tried to block his driveway. The man, who asked not to be identified told the news station that he understands his neighbors' concerns and has tried to mitigate them.

"There are no open areas you can see outside to have the children or anyone see what they don't want to see," he said.

He said he has also installed sound-proofing in the home with close attention paid to the basement windows.

Castle Rock Police Public Information Officer Joe Cybert said there is not much the police can do because the homeowner is not breaking any laws by hosting the parties.

“We are aware of the residence you are referring to and to our knowledge, there are currently no violations of state or local laws."
